The TouchController Pro tracks hundreds of people interacting with your Interactive LED panels simultaneously, without missing a beat. With each panel having 100 sensors or more, that’s potentially hundreds of thousands of sensors reacting every 16 milliseconds (1/60th Second).

In the example shown to the left, ROE Visual BM5i Interactive LED Panels are being used, each panel has 100 embedded optical sensors, this sensor information is then processed and streamed as an NDI Video feed to your creative applications such as TouchDesigner, Notch and more, making it incredibly simple to design new interactive floor content.

The TouchController Pro was designed from the ground up with Content Designers and Developers in mind, providing the tools and APIs for exceptional experiences.

If you’re a designer or developer working with TouchDesigner or Notch, you’ll love how easy it is to integrate the TouchController Pro with your interactive content.
The TouchController Pro provides an NDI Video Feed, and XML Feed, and a PNG Image, all of which can be refreshed at 60 Hz for extremely fast response times.
The TouchController Pro has multiple network connection ports to get you up and running fast, either directly connect your TouchController Pro to your PC or Mac or connect it to your local network and share the touch data with Media Servers, such as Disguise or Pixera. The TouchController Pro is designed to manage hundreds of thousands of simultaneous touch-points at lightning speed (33 msecs).
In the example to the left, we’re using Notch, and we’ve added an NDI Video Source node to the network which easily connects to the TouchController Pro NDI stream. For larger installations, multiple TouchController Pros can be used together.
Monitoring Tools to put your mind at ease
The TouchController Pros monitoring tools enable you to monitor the system from a 60,000ft level all the way to an individual sensor. This provides valuable feedback when setting up your floor/wall system. Every 2 seconds we monitor the Temperature, Voltage, Panel-to-Panel Connectivity, etc to make sure your system is running smoothly.
If you’re looking to get a quick preview of the active sensors, you can either use the TouchController Pro’s Web Interface or simply connect to the TouchController Pro’s NDI feed from your favorite application such as Notch or TouchDesigner and each pixel in the NDI represents a sensor.

Tradeshows
For Tradeshows, track the number of attendees experiencing your booth with a level of detail never seen before. Get a true ROI analysis of your trade show visitors interactions, with extreme precision. Know which products your visitors are the most popular and how people experience your booth.
Ask us about our new Reporting Service which offers near real-time reporting of your tradeshow booth activity. Now you can know the precise location where your visitors are walking throughout your booth and trigger interactions based on attendee’s locations.
This same recorded data can be used to playback your content experience and change the content real-time based on user interactions, or user activity level throughout the booth. The TouchController sensor data can be accessed by any application and can be used to trigger external hardware devices such as Lighting, Audio, Digital Signage, etc.

Medical/rehabilitation
For medical installations, precisely measure the balance or gait of patients with neurological conditions, such as Cerebral Palsy, Parkinson’s disease, Stroke, Alzheimer’s, Concussion etc.
Digital targets can be displayed on the Interactive LED floor to setup to measure movement, speed, running, jumping and more. The targets can be moved based on the outcome of the tests performed. We provide a powerful API to capture the sensor data in real-time, so patients can see their progress over time. The “Running Diagnostics” application we created for TSMGI/Abbott Pharmaceuticals is a great example of this type of tracking, whereas we detect every footstep from a runner, and then display and calculate the distance, gait, speed of the footsteps and then analyze and display the results immediately.
The TouchController supports any installation size.
Sports AND GAMING
For sporting events, track the positions, speed, gait of hundreds of players on the Interactive Floor. We can track the position of Basketballs, Soccer Balls etc hitting the floors/walls. For gaming events, track response time, and comparing speed to other players all with extreme accuracy.
With the TouchController’s built-in Sensor Recording/Playback feature, you can create training routines and provide feedback on the accuracy and speed of specific targets the player has to hit.
